1. General Information

This online store belongs to the artist Celia G-Castaño, with registered address in Madrid (Spain) and can be contacted via Instagram.

These terms and conditions govern the sale of artworks and related products offered in this online store. By making a purchase, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.

Prices include applicable taxes according to current legislation. The artist reserves the right to modify prices or characteristics of the artworks at any time, without affecting orders that have already been confirmed.

 

2. Purchase Process

Once the purchase process is completed, the customer will receive an order confirmation email with its details.

If the customer requires an invoice, they must request it explicitly by sending a message via Instagram.

It is recommended to carefully unpack the package to avoid damaging the artwork. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.

In case of an error in the order, please send a message through Instagram as soon as possible.

Shipping rates are indicative and depend on the size, weight, and quantity of the purchased artworks. Exact shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout.

Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on destination, availability, or external conditions (e.g., customs).

For international shipments, any customs duties or local taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer.

 

4. Returns and refunds

Customers have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to withdraw from the purchase and request a return. To proceed with a return, the customer must send a message via Instagram.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of shipping error or damage. The order must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Returns of artworks that have been handled, damaged, or altered by the customer will not be accepted.

Print-on-demand t-shirts are managed by a specialized external provider. As these products are made to order, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives defective or damaged due to production or transport.

All products are shipped with tracking information. If an order is lost, a refund will be issued at no additional cost. However, if an order is marked as “Delivered” by the postal service, replacement or refund will not be possible.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method once the returned products are received and their condition verified.

No responsibility is assumed for items damaged or lost during return shipping. Therefore, it is recommended to use a secure and trackable shipping service. Refunds will not be issued without actual receipt of the returned products or proof of return.

 

5. Warranty

Artworks are guaranteed against material defects or damages caused during shipping.

Due to the artistic and unique nature of each piece, variations inherent to the creative process or differences in color or texture are not considered defects.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All artworks, images, and texts published in this store are the property of the artist. Reproduction, distribution, or use without express permission is strictly prohibited.

 

7. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Spanish and European legislation regarding e-commerce and consumer protection. Any disputes arising will be resolved before the competent courts of the consumer's domicile.
