Refund policy
Customers have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to withdraw from the purchase and request a return. To proceed with a return, the customer must send a message via Instagram.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of shipping error or damage. The order must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Returns of artworks that have been handled, damaged, or altered by the customer will not be accepted.
Print-on-demand t-shirts are managed by a specialized external provider. As these products are made to order, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives defective or damaged due to production or transport.
All products are shipped with tracking information. If an order is lost, a refund will be issued at no additional cost. However, if an order is marked as “Delivered” by the postal service, replacement or refund will not be possible.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method once the returned products are received and their condition verified.
No responsibility is assumed for items damaged or lost during return shipping. Therefore, it is recommended to use a secure and trackable shipping service. Refunds will not be issued without actual receipt of the returned products or proof of return.
